Located in a charming Moselle village, this hotel is just a few steps from the beautiful square with its old buildings, many restaurants, and cafes. the room and bathroom were spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast was good, and the restaurant had nice food to offer. You could park your vehicle right next to the hotel without any difficulty.
Cleaning was not given too much attention, and it felt a bit disorganized.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The location was perfect, right on the square in the beautiful town centre, near to many well-known tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
Nothing not to love.

Spent Christmas here and it was great to have free onsite parking and a good breakfast buffet. the staff were helpful in recommending nearby restaurants for dinner. the location was ideal for exploring the charming town and its surroundings, with many historic sites nearby to visit. the bed was comfortable to sleep in and the room provided a cofy atmosphere that felt like home.
I didn't appreciate the lack of cleanliness in the room. the bathroom had a sour smell and the towels were not fresh.

Friendly staff, cute atmosphere. Excellent evening meal. Convenient parking. Large and comfortable room. Quiet and peaceful stay. Free and secure parking. Close proximity to Eltz Castle. Good breakfast options.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. The breakfast was really good, especially the fresh baked goods and local jams that were offered. The hotel was located in a charming and picturesque village in the heart of the Moselle valley, which was perfect for exploring all the nearby tourist attractions. Plus, the free parking was a convenient perk.
There was a lot of dust and the bedding didn't seem very fresh. the wifi was quite slow and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to plan our daily activities.
